With a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and experience as a nationally qualified NPC bikini competitor, I bring both science and experience into every session. Trisha is the most amazing trainer anyone could ask for! I totally realize that sounds like hyperbole, but its just the truth. I was struggling to stay motivated in my exercise journey as a new mom. Life was already busy and chaotic-toss in a baby and the realities of post partum. My body felt totally different, less muscle, weakened core, and more fatigue.
